PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Wall Mounted Jib Crane is a compact, space‑saving material handling solution designed for localized lifting in workshops, warehouses, assembly lines, and maintenance areas where floor space is limited and full overhead crane coverage is not justified. As the name suggests, the crane is mounted directly to an existing building wall or structural column, eliminating the need for floor‑mounted supports or additional foundations. This makes it an economical and practical choice for workstations, machine tending, loading docks, and repair bays.
APPLICATION
1. Machine Tending at Workstations
CNC Machine Loading/Unloading: Lifting raw material (bars, plates, castings) from a pallet onto a lathe, mill, or machining center, and removing finished parts. The wall mount keeps the crane out of the operator’s way.
Press Feeding: Lifting heavy metal blanks or stampings into a press die, then removing finished parts.
Grinding & Deburring Stations: Positioning heavy workpieces onto grinders or deburring tables.
2. Assembly Lines & Workbenches
Engine Assembly: Lifting engine blocks, cylinder heads, or transmissions onto assembly stands at individual workstations.
Electronic Enclosure Assembly: Handling heavy chassis, cabinets, or subassemblies during assembly.
Workbench Support: Lifting heavy components (gearboxes, pumps, motors) from floor pallets onto workbenches for inspection or repair.
3. Maintenance & Repair Shops
Engine & Transmission Lifting: Removing engines from vehicles or machinery for overhaul, then lifting replacement units into place.
Pump & Motor Servicing: Lifting pumps, motors, compressors, and gearboxes from equipment for disassembly and repair.
Tool & Fixture Handling: Retrieving heavy jigs, fixtures, or tooling from wall‑mounted storage racks and positioning them on workbenches.
4. Loading Docks & Receiving Areas
Truck Loading/Unloading: Lifting heavy pallets, drums, or machinery from the dock floor onto a truck bed, using the jib’s rotation to swing the load from dock to truck.
Container Unstuffing: Removing heavy cargo from shipping containers positioned near a loading dock wall.
Scale & Inspection Table Feeding: Lifting items onto floor scales or inspection tables for quality checks.
5. Warehouse & Storage Areas (Aisle‑End Lifting)
Pallet Retrieval from Racking: Lifting heavy pallets from the end of narrow aisles where a forklift cannot enter, using the jib’s rotation to swing the load to a cart or conveyor.
Drum & IBC Handling: Lifting 200‑liter drums, IBC totes, or bulk bags from floor storage and placing them onto pallets or mixing stands.
Parts Kitting: Retrieving heavy components from wall‑side storage bins and placing them into kits for assembly.
6. Metal Fabrication & Welding Shops
Plate & Beam Positioning: Lifting steel plates, beams, or weldments from floor stacks onto welding tables or positioners.
Subassembly Handling: Moving heavy fabricated subassemblies (e.g., frames, brackets) between workstations.
Scrap Bin Emptying: Lifting and tipping scrap bins or containers into larger dumpsters.
