PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The MH Type Single Beam Gantry Crane is a cost‑effective, space‑saving material handling solution designed for light to medium outdoor and indoor applications. The “MH” designation typically refers to a single girder gantry crane with a box or I‑beam bridge, supported by two legs that travel on ground rails or wheels. Unlike double girder gantries, the MH type uses a single main beam, making it lighter, more economical, and easier to install while still providing reliable lifting for capacities up to 20 tons.
APPLICATION
1. Outdoor Storage Yards (Steel, Timber, Concrete)
Steel Bar & Pipe Storage: Lifting and stacking steel bars, tubes, and structural sections in stockyards.
Timber & Lumber Yards: Handling heavy timber bundles, plywood sheets, and engineered wood products.
Precast Concrete Elements: Lifting concrete beams, panels, pipes, and manhole rings for storage and loading.
2. Precast Concrete Manufacturing Plants
Mold Handling: Lifting and repositioning heavy steel molds for precast elements (e.g., wall panels, floor slabs).
Reinforcement Cage Placement: Moving rebar cages into casting beds.
Finished Product Loading: Lifting finished precast components onto flatbed trucks for delivery.
3. Small to Medium Warehouses & Distribution Centers
Pallet Handling: Lifting heavy pallets of goods (e.g., machinery parts, industrial supplies) from floor to racking.
Oversized Item Retrieval: Moving bulky items (appliances, furniture, large cartons) that cannot be handled by forklifts.
Cross‑Docking: Transferring goods between receiving and shipping areas using overhead coverage.
4. Construction Sites (Temporary Lifting)
Material Staging: Lifting steel beams, rebar bundles, formwork, and construction materials to upper floors or work areas.
Equipment Positioning: Moving generators, compressors, welding machines, and pumps around the site.
Modular Building Assembly: Lifting prefabricated wall panels, roof trusses, and staircases into place.
5. Metal Fabrication & Welding Shops
Plate & Sheet Feeding: Lifting steel plates, sheets, and blanks from storage to cutting tables (plasma, laser, shear).
Subassembly Movement: Transporting welded subassemblies (frames, brackets, tanks) between workstations.
Finished Product Handling: Lifting completed fabrications (e.g., hoppers, platforms, staircases) onto trucks.
6. Agricultural & Farming Operations
Fertilizer & Seed Handling: Lifting bulk bags of fertilizer, seeds, or animal feed from storage to mixing or loading areas.
Hay & Straw Bales: Handling large round or square bales for storage and transport.
Equipment Maintenance: Lifting tractor engines, implements, and irrigation pumps for repair.
