• Drum gear coupling

  

  Henan Mine equips all products with standard drum gear couplings. This innovative component boosts cranes' quality and service life. As a rigid-flexible coupling, it compensates for shaft deviations and is widely applied in heavy-duty shaft transmission worldwide.

• Cable

  

  Partnering with Beijing Crane & Transport Machinery Design and Research Institute and engaging German experts, the firm launched a flexible production line for single-girder cranes. It turns out one finished product hourly, cutting production time by 40% and delivery lead time by 50%. Since 2016, robotic welding lines have been deployed for standard single-beam product welding.
