The company has installed an intelligent equipment management platform. Currently, over 600 sets of handling and welding robots have been installed, with a network connection rate of 95%. More than 100 welding assembly lines have been put into use, and the full assembly line automation rate of products has reached 85%.

• Fully automatic double-girder main beam inner seam robot welding workstation

  

  This workstation is mainly used to achieve the automatic welding of the inner seams of the double-girder main beams. After the manual loading is basically centered in the horizontal and vertical directions, the workpiece is flipped ±90° through the L-arm hydraulic flipper, and the robot automatically locates and welds. It significantly improves the quality of the welds and enhances the welding efficiency of crane structural components, especially demonstrating a considerable advantage in the welding of inner seams. It is also another measure taken by Henan Mine to care for its employees and improve quality and efficiency.

  The company has collaborated with the Beijing Crane and Transport Machinery Design and Research Institute and hired German crane experts to complete the "Flexible Production Line for Single-girder Cranes". As a result, the main girder production line of cranes can produce finished products every hour, reducing production time by 40% and shortening the customer delivery cycle by 50%. Since 2016, we have gradually introduced robot welding assembly lines, which can complete the welding of various weld seams of the company's single-beam standard products.
